The top of the building is crowned by the Masterpiece Gallery, a collection of LEGO fans’ beloved creations that pay tribute to the LEGO community. Guests of all ages can have an immersive and interactive experience, express their imagination, and not least be challenged by meeting other builders from all over the world. The first and second floors include four play zones arranged by color and programmed with activities that represent a certain aspect of a child's learning: red is creative, blue is cognitive, green is social, and yellow is emotional. Each gallery is color-coded in LEGO’s primary colors so wayfinding through the exhibitions becomes a journey through the color spectrum. Above the square, a cluster of galleries overlap to create a continuous sequence of exhibitions. Although the model shares the 1/230 scale with the Chrysler Building, the real builder designers intentionally bested that rival skyscraper for height by including a tremendously tall spire. This building is in 1/230 scale, and stands 4 feet, 8 inches tall.įinally, the Empire State Building, best known as the plaything of King Kong. The Chrysler Building’s famous layered crown is one of the most recognizable landmarks in New York City, and DeepShen has recreated it spectacularly with curved slopes and clever SNOT work. Like the Empire State Building, it’s made from mostly tan bricks with dark grey roofs, while the building’s famous “snow-clad mountain” top is made of white. All three are New York landmarks, with the American International Building, the Chrysler Building, and the Empire State Building bringing the amazing legacy of tall buildings to brick form, the last of which tops out at a staggering 6 feet, 3 inches.
